Welcome to the website for the Crystal Coast Stargazers Club. We hope you find everything you need to know about our Group here along the coast. We’re a small informal Club who share a common interest in the night sky. Whether it’s using a Telescope, Binoculars, Camera or the naked eye, we always find something new to see.

We started as a small group who met at Fort Macon State Park’s Astronomy Night (Hosted by Ranger Paul Terry) and meet monthly at Webb Library to talk about all things Astronomy, with monthly outings to Fort Macon’s Astronomy Night and at our Dark Sky site on the Friday closest to the New Moon. We also assist the Cape Lookout National Seashore by setting up at their Ranger Station at Harkers island for seasonal and special events.

Join us on Facebook to see our Events and to see information about what’s going on in the night sky.

Happy Hunting and Clear Skies !

A special thanks to our Club members who have provided photos for our website.
